Joel Carcone

Born and raised in King City (York Region), Joel graduated from Queen's University with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree specializing in urban economic geography and completed a diploma at St. Lawrence College in Business - Advertising & Public Relations. In 2004 after completing the Real Estate Licencing program at The University of British Columbia, Joel joined Re/Max and has since successfully sold millions of dollars of real estate from entry level condos to luxury estate homes. Previous employment within his family's automotive business provided Joel with a strong work ethic from a young age, and a desire to deliver excellent customer service to clients. His passion for the real estate industry excelled in construction where he worked as a carpenter, assisting in the build of many local homes, townhouses and custom estate homes in the Greater Toronto Area / York Region. Learning how to build homes from the ground up gave Joel the hands on experience necessary to advise homebuyers on their real estate investments, renovations, property maintenance and construction.  In addition to real estate marketing Joel can assist you build your own dream home, condo / townhouse or commercial building. As well as being a place to dwell Joel's long held belief is that your home should always be a key source of income and is passionate about showing clients how to make this a reality.
