The area referred to as "Aurora Highlands" is located to the west side of Yonge Street, east side of Bathhurst, south of Wellington. The area drops below Henderson and follows the railway line. Detached housing stock encompasses a large amount of the available housing stock in this area, but there does exist some townhouses and semi-detached options. Prices generally start in the low $300,000 and reach upwards to over $1M depending on the size of lot and style of home. The properties that are priced upwards to $1M and above are generally built on large lots mature lots.
